All fulfillment on grind3h.shop is done by White Squirrel!  They ship fromEverett, WA.

How do pre-orders work?

A pre-order item is a product designed, tested, and ready to be manufactured, but not mass-produced yet.  We do item pre-orders to get a better number as to how many to order for the future!!  Pre-ordering an item not only ensures you get one as soon as possible, but it also helps me figure out the numbers side of production!
When I take pre-orders, I'll give it a week or two before putting in the mass production order for them.  To produce all items takes about 1+ months (obviously depending on the item and bulk), then shipping from the manufacturer to White Squirrel takes about another 1-2 months.  Once White Squirrel has it, it takes a little more time to get everything fully shipped, since there's usually a larger log of orders to go through.  Due to covid, shipments are easily delayed, which is why I list a generous estimation of time.  Better safe than sorry!
Once your pre-order item is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the tracking!
If you order both pre-order items, as well as in-stock items at once, everything will be held onto for shipment until the pre-ordered item is in hand.  If you want the in-stock items to arrive first, please put them in a separate order.

When can I expect my order?

White Squirrel does their best to ship out orders quickly!  It usually can be done within a week of ordering, but in cases of a large backlog of orders, it could occasionally take longer.  When your order has been shipped, you'll be sent a shipment confirmation email, with all additional tracking/shipment information.

When will shipping to the UK resume?

I'll be honest with you-- I'm unsure!  Due to the VAT laws introduced in the beginning of 2021, shipping to the UK has become a lot more complicated.  Until I feel fully equipped & extremely knowledgable in these laws, I'll hold off on all shipments to the UK.  I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!  I'll be sure to make many updates when shipping to the UK has resumed.
